Evening Shift Production Operative

Assembly operatives are required to join our friendly production team based on Colley Lane Industrial Estate.


Dependant on department/job role, you may be responsible for assembling filters by hand, preparing components for use in the manufacturing process, or running a machine, however a willingness to cross train and be flexible in your work is critical to ensure continuity of production.


You will be target driven, and have an eye for detail, taking pride in your work and the products we produce.


Ideally, you will be confident in carrying out basic maintenance of machinery, cleaning down and switching off at the end of the day and reporting any faults to the maintenance engineer.

The core hours of work are 5:00pm

  • 1:30am Monday
  • Friday, working a total of 40 hours per week.


We are located approximately 1 mile from Bridgwater Town Centre, with good road links to the M5, and plentiful free parking is available on site.

28 days per year leave are offered, with additional holidays awarded at long service milestones.

£10.50 per hour
