Are you fluent in Italian? Do you have proven experience within a Credit control or Collections focused role? If so, we have an exciting new opportunity for a Credit Controller based in the Exeter city center.


Credit Controller Responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly global debt meetings to discuss all open debt. Discuss ongoing sales disputes and disputes with the OMS team to obtain a swift resolution
  • Relationship building with relevant personnel to form a tight account team to service the client and company
  • Ongoing monthly or more regular client meetings to discuss the debt. address the global debt and distribute it to relevant people

Credit Controller Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian
  • Previous experience (12 years) in a previous Credit Control/ Collections focused role
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and telephone manner for relationshipbuilding element
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, report writing, and presenting
  • Additional language(s) desired but not required
