Credit Controller

Reports to: Credit Control Supervisor
The primary objective of this role is to collect monies on the Trinity debtor's ledger in line with agreed targets for cash collection and aged debtor levels.
This position involves specific administration and reporting responsibilities to achieve the main aim, with a focus on providing uninterrupted cash collection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chase all debts using telephone, email, and letter.
- Launch all queries identified during the collection process and chase for prompt resolution.
- Maintain customer notes on Dimensions finance software for current account status.
- Build and maintain relationships to facilitate cash collections.
- Monitor cash collection figures against monthly targets and unallocated credits/cash.
Requirements:
- Ability to communicate courteously and build good working relationships with customers and internal office staff.
- Persistent and robust in the collection of due monies.
- Ability to work as a willing member of the team, sharing workloads and helping out where necessary.
- Proficiency in credit control software, email, documents, and databases.
- Ability to produce business-quality reports and documentation.
