We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Manager to join our team at Wise Employment Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function, overseeing the credit control team, and ensuring efficient collection of outstanding debts.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to ensure effective debt recovery.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit control or a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of credit control principles and practices, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using financial software and MS Office applications, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
The Credit Control Manager will work in an office environment, leading a team and liaising with various departments within the organisation. The role may require occasional overtime to meet deadlines and address urgent matters related to credit control.
