About the team:


The EMEA Coordination team in the UK (London and Sheffield) is an enthusiastic team of professionals with extensive experience in processing visas for our clients who are based in countries where Fragomen does not have a physical office primarily, but not exclusively in the Western, Central and Eastern Europe, CIS and Central Asia.

We partner with local providers to deliver the full suite of immigration support to some of the biggest employers across multiple industries so you will be joining a team with many opportunities to learn new immigration processes and work with different people.


EA Coordination is a team of over 80 Fragomen dedicated country experts, from various backgrounds and countries with at least 20 different languages being spoken.


About the role:


Supervising Immigration Consultants are responsible for providing immigration services to a range of clients across primarily, but not exclusively, European jurisdictions.

You are expected to work in close collaboration with multi-jurisdictional teams and leverage knowledge sharing, relationship building and teamwork. You ensure projects are completed on time and meet high quality standards.


The Supervising Immigration Consultant acts as a reference point for day-to-day questions and should be a source of technical expertise for other members within the team.


  • Other key responsibilities will include:_
  • Under moderate supervision, the consultant's main responsibility is to manage complex cases as well as to contribute and manage immigration, worker assessments and advisory or compliance projects
  • Develop knowledge of all advisory services provided by Fragomen
  • Host consultation calls with clients and governments when applicable
  • Effectively cooperate with Immigration Inbound teams across the European Region
  • Deliver internal trainings
  • Oversee status of work through utilization of case management and billing systems
  • Contribute to drafting knowledge materials, blogposts, newsletters, project reports

About you:


To be successful in this role you must have previous leadership and people management skills as well as previous legal experience.

You are also a self-starter with excellent communication skills in English and demonstrate ability to manage your own time to ensure complete project planning and delivery of tasks on time.

Ideally you will have previous experience in legal research, client service (advisory) and project management

Additionally welcomed:

Knowledge of Polish, Russian or Ukrainian language and extensive immigration experience would be an asset but not a pre-requisite.

  • You will ideally be an EU qualified lawyer or suitably qualified through experience
  • Experience with managing multiple, complex projects at one time
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal
  • Ability to work effectively to tight deadlines
  • At ease to work flexibly and accurately in a fastpaced environment
  • Bachelor or Master's degree, preferably specialising in Law/Legal Services or Political Sciences
  • Experience in legal research, legal reviews and drafting.
