A long-standing Law firm in Cheadle is seeking 5 Conveyancing Assistants to join their thriving Property team. To excel in this role, you need 2 years of Conveyancing experience, strong admin skills, keen eye for detail, good phone etiquette, Microsoft Office proficiency, and top-notch organization. Your responsibilities will include:
- Opening new files and entering instructions in the Case Management system
- Updating the system as cases progress
- Issuing contracts and handling enquiries
- Ordering searches, policies, and reports
- Coordinating exchanges and completions
- Managing post-completion tasks
