Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for:

  • Registering customers and carrying out property matches
  • Generating and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating offers between all parties
  • Maximizing branch income through the cross-selling of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

We are looking for a target-driven individual with experience within the Lettings industry and relevant, up-to-date Lettings legislation knowledge. A full UK driving license is essential.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, commission, and a range of benefits, including:

  • £22,000 - £25,000 per annum OTE (On Target Earning)
  • £17,500 Basic Salary plus commission
  • A 5-day working week
