THE PURPOSE OF THE ROLE


The Case Management Assistant team is looking for a full time office based Administration Assistant to join the very busy team.


Working within the Case Management Assistant team, duties will include answering the telephone and responding to enquiries, managing invoices, preparation of clinical case notes for instructing parties and other general ad hoc clerical duties.


The post holder must be a good team player with a positive attitude, have an empathetic manner, excellent communication skills, organisational aptitude, ability to work under pressure and a good understanding of basic IT packages.


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • To manage third party invoices as they come into the team, sort, and save to appropriate finance file.
  • To manage the endtoend disclosure process for case management files following a Subject Access Requests.
  • To manage the process for sending our customer surveys.
  • To answer calls for the company and ensure that they are put through correctly to the right person and dealt with in a professional manner.
  • Collating information as requested.
  • Dealing with incoming post and sending out post
  • Ad hoc duties to assist the Case Management Assistants

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Experience of working in high demand environments
  • Strong communication and selfmotivation skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Educated to NVQ level 2 / GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
