As a Strategic Business Unit Administrator in Daventry, UK, you'll be a part of creating and delivering amazing customer experiences, while also enjoying the satisfaction of being part of a unique culture.


What You'll Be Doing:

During a Typical Day, You'll:

  • Create and send mail merge letters for all CRC teams.
  • The SBU Administrator is also responsible for responding directly to customer correspondence creating bespoke responses with the support of the CRC correspondence team.
  • Managing the activities report and setting reminders to ensure that all customer correspondence is replied to within SLA.
  • Building, developing and maintaining good working relationships across all stakeholder levels including Ford client, team managers, senior management and support departments.
  • Providing holiday cover for the current SBU Administrator.
  • Provide adhoc operational or administrative support as required.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • Previous administration experience is essential
  • Basic reporting and data analysis experience would be useful
  • 12 months experience working within a call centre environment is advantageous

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills and problem solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Diligence, attention to detail and reliability are essential
