As Property Manager for some of London's finest properties you will be dealing with high-net-worth tenants responsibilities will include...
- Management of day to day property maintenance issues on all let properties
- Responding promptly to tenant queries and building strong relationships with tenants
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Liaising with lettings agents to value and market properties
- Ensuring that maintenance contracts are in place and that all maintenance and servicing is completed on time
- Booking works and raising works orders
- Arranging appointments with tenants and contractors providing access to properties as required
- Utility management for change of tenant
- Updating the property management software database QUBE
- Supporting the residential and commercial teams with day to day property management matters
Candidates must have:
- Good experience of managing properties preferably within Central London
- Ideally, ARLA Propertymark qualifications or working towards them
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Possess sound numerical and IT skills to include MS packages and experience of property management software
- Have a flexible "can do" attitude and be keen to learn
- Be based within easy commute of the Central London offices
