Job Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the growth of Vigilink WFM in the UK market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the security services sector or software solutions industry, with at least four years of experience.

This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships, and achieve sales targets.


Market Analysis and Strategy:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand Vigilink WFM's market presence in the UK.

Sales and Business Development:
Prepare and present compelling business proposals and negotiate contracts.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns and ensuring successful onboarding and implementation of Vigilink WFM solutions.

Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our products.

Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights based on client needs and market demand.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in security services or software solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the UK as needed.
