Job Description:

Our client in the public sector are looking to recruit a temporary PA/Administrator in Forres, Morayshire. Pay rate for this role is £14.26ph. This role is hybrid with 35 hours per week.
The primary purpose of the role is to contribute to the efficient functioning of the role of
Deputy Director Research & Innovation in liaison with the Director's office, through the
provision of high-quality PA and administrative support.

Education:

  • Educated to Degree level or possess equivalent relevant experience)
  • Skills and Experience Demonstrable comprehensive administrative experience
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, including a high level of literacy and diplomacy skills
  • Experience of working within an executive environment supporting senior colleagues
  • Experience of dealing with sensitive, high profile and/or complex enquiries
  • Highly developed planning and organisation skills
  • Strong computer literacy skills, including:


Microsoft office suite
  • administrative management systems
  • experience of maintenance and reporting of budget and finances
  • Demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
