At Orbex we are looking for** Accounts Payable Administrator** to join our office in Forres. This is a full time and permanent role with possibility to start asap. Ideally you will have some previous accounts payable experience, but full training on using our systems and processes will be provided by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

**The Position**

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, your duties will include:

- Co-ordinating with Accounts Payable Supervisor to ensure all duties are completed efficiently and in line with month end deadlines
- Processing invoices in various currencies
- Matching purchase invoices to POs
- Recording staff expenses
- Checking supplier statements
- Posting all payments and reconciling several bank accounts in various currencies monthly

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to plan and prioritise tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn
- Strong numerical skills with a keen eye for details

**Nice to have**:

- AAT would be a bonus but not essential
- Accounts payable experience would be good but not essential

**Location**

This role is based in Forres at Orbex’s headquarters.

**Security**
