Culbin and Varis Medical Practices are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, highly motivated and organised administrator/receptionist to join our thriving Practices.

With over 16,000 patients we are two large and busy Practices and therefore you would be joining a driven and dynamic team based in our modern, hi-tech general practice.


This is a fast paced post and duties include dealing carefully and sensitively with patients at reception and on the phone, care navigation, making appointments, results handling, processing repeat prescription requests, scanning clinical correspondence, dealing with delegated tasks from clinical staff and general administrative duties.

Working as part of a team, you must be able to coordinate a variety of office functions simultaneously. Previous experience in a medical environment is desirable.

This is an 18.5 hour post and contacted hours are worked on a rotational basis within our opening hours of 8am - 6pm

This role reports directly to the Assistant Practice Manager / Practice Manger
