Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Accurately record all accounts payable transactions
  • Accurately record all accounts receivable transactions
  • Identify and report problems with accounts receivable, accounts payable or other financial transactions
  • Verify that all invoices are entered in correct sequence and signed by employees on time.

Competencies:

  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.
