VANRATH is partnering with our client in Mallusk to find an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their team.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily cashbook entries and prepare lodgements
- Analyse credit card transactions and post to the ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements and manage sales and purchase ledger tasks
- Post petty cash transactions and perform various ad hoc duties as required
- 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of a range of accounts and excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- On-site parking
- Flexible start and finish times
- Close-knit friendly team
- Group profit share scheme
