The work is fast-paced and challenging but very rewarding.Your experienced colleagues will provide you with a robust training programme that will help you build the skills, knowledge and confidence that you need to become a successful Patient Pathway Co-ordinator.
You will be the main point of contact for patients throughout their pathway of care.The post holder will work under the direction of their Operations Assistants and will provide expertise in the proactive management of the patient pathway from referral to discharge, ensuring the entire pathway is managed smoothly and in a timely manner.
The post holder will provide a range of administrative support services to the Consultant Team.
You will need excellent communication skills, have the ability to prioritise your workload where necessary in order to meet deadlines and demonstrate keyboard skills with all Microsoft packages.
