About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Pathway Coordinator Support to join our dynamic Trauma & Orthopaedics Department at King's Mill Hospital.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of patient pathways and contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Trauma & Orthopaedics Department, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with the coordination of patient pathways, including scheduling appointments and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Support the team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

Person Specification
- Computer literate with excellent keyboard skills.
- Good general education, including English GCSE at grade C or above (or equivalent).
- Audio typing experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
- Good team member and diplomatic skills.
