About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Patient Pathway Coordinator Support to join our dynamic team at King's Mill Hospital. As a key member of our Trauma & Orthopaedics Department, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our services.

Main Responsibilities

As a Patient Pathway Coordinator Support, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to our Patient Pathway Coordinators
  • Assisting with the coordination of patient care and treatment plans
  • Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy and experience with administrative software
