Medicine Management

  • Ability to provide high standards of care
  • Good time management
  • Working alongside our Home Manager, you will achieve Jasmine's mission in our home, by ensuring all our residents are provided with the highest standards of care, and doing everything you can to develop, motivate, and improve the wellbeing of your team.
  • You will ensure care plans for our residential residents are completed within the timescales require by the company policy and ensure that all care plans are evaluated at least once a calendar month.
  • Minimum of three years' experience in residential / nursing home setting of which at least one year must be with people living with dementia
Awareness of the principles of Person-Centred Care Planning

To ensure knowledge is gained to demonstrate a good understanding of the prevention of abuse of vulnerable adults, recognition of the signs of abuse and procedures to follow in the event of an allegation of abuse

Satisfactory Care Character Assessment

Two years' experience in a similar role in a nursing home.

One year experience of caring for residents living with dementia.

Experience as a Senior in Health or Social Care or above.
