Legal Secretary Private Clients

My client is a well established Legal Practice located in Berkhamsted and in need of an experienced Legal Secretary with solid background in the Private Clients field.
This position requires you to offer valuable support to the firms fee earners in the Private Client Department, handling various administrative duties to ensure their team runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- Assist with opening files and managing Client Due Diligence (CDD) processes. - Coordinate meetings and appointments between clients and fee earners. - Efficiently manage fee earners' schedules and inboxes, prioritizing tasks and deadlines. - Arrange conferences, dining reservations, and other necessary bookings. - Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally and courteously. - Conduct e-filing, document production, and reformatting when necessary. - Prepare and distribute legal documents and correspondence. - Maintain paper filing, archive files, and keep records organized. - Support billing activities. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong document management system skills. - Familiarity with Digital Audio equipment. - Previous experience as a legal secretary, specifically in the Private Client sector. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Outstanding organizational skills and great attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. - Knowledge of billing procedures and financial transactions is a plus.
