Estate Planning or Legal Administrator required to work for a specialist will writing business in Hertfordshire. Great opportunity to join a very well-respected local firm.

**The role**

The role is responsible for providing full support to the Estate Planning Consultant as well as delivering excellent service to our clients. Duties will include typing/document processing large and small legal documents, diary management, handling client telephone calls and enquiries, task management and general administration support. Ideally, we are looking for someone with some legal administration experience and any knowledge of will writing would be great to have but it's not essential and we will provide full training.

**Essential Skills**
- Preferably experienced gained as a legal secretary or administrator.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Strong level of attention to detail.
- Motivated and proactive.
- Excellent spelling and grammar skills.
- Previous experience of providing support in a busy environment.
- Articulate, personable and enjoy working in an individual role as well as being part of a team.

**Additional Information**

Hours Monday to Thursday 9am-5.30pm and 8.30am-5pm, 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays. 2 days per week home working once training is complete.
