About the team

Responsibilities:

  • Source and acquire creators at scale to support ecommerce content;
  • Identify room for improvement in tooling, SOPs and support for creators who are willing to create E-Commerce content (short video/livestream) on TikTok platform;
  • Provide ongoing support and training to creators to improve performance, and study key attributes of successful cases, building courses/trainings for creators to further improve creators promotion ability/willingness;
  • Collaborate with Xfunctional teams to design and create promotional materials or projects for creator growth and Ecommerce business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, 2 years experience of creator ecom, mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred;
  • Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred, Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
  • Familiar with TikTok and mainstream ecommerce platforms, experience in contentbased ecommerce is highly preferred.
