You will be working within a growing and experienced team getting involved with technical delivery, provision of advice as well as system design and in time bid writing.

It's the perfect role to move your career to the next level as a Senior Human Factors Consultant.

A lot of the current workload is in the defence field, but there is far more to this role than that, so don't worry about being pigeon holed.

Naturally, you will have strong knowledge of UK Human Factors regs, standards and guidance as well as an awareness of international standards and be a natural communicator.

It is possible that you have worked within high hazard areas, if so, you will beable to make the most of that expertise from both a career and financial point of view.

On offer is true hybrid working and also flexible working with the company being keen to look at part time, remote and alternative hours - they value inclusivity highly.

This is reflected within their package offering a twice your contribution pension, private medical, a range of insurances plus lifestyle and financial benefits that are highly rewarding.

There is flexibility with salary to reflect your experience, so if your CV and aspirations match the prospects above, let's talk about your future career.
