About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality therapeutic support to children and young people with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver evidence-based interventions, both one-to-one and in group settings, to promote positive outcomes and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to children and young people, promoting their emotional regulation and resilience.
- Contribute to the development and delivery of group programs, focusing on social skills, emotional intelligence, and behavioral management.
- Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to ensure comprehensive support and coordination of care.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
