In this role we will give you a full training package to upskill you to provide quality care across all our services.

Flexibility and adaptability are crucial skills for working in this fast-paced environment.

The team will be a skilled and experienced workforce that provides consistency, continuity and quality of care. You'll work across the Bristol and Weston-Super-Mare area.

Rostering will include an on call week in four, where you will work closely with our on call managers to cover shifts.

  • To empower the people we support to live the lives they want to lead
  • To develop daily living skills.
  • Support the people we support to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training or friendships

  • To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
  • A full, manual driving licence is essential
