Job Description:

We are seeking a meticulous, creative and tech-savvy Web Content and Email Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for uploading, creating, and managing content on our website and setting up email campaigns, ensuring a qualitative and premium output.

Key Responsibilities:

Web Content Management:

  • Upload, edit, and update website content using Shopify.
  • Ensure all web content maintains high-quality standards and a premium look.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement content strategies.
  • Work closely with the Design team to ensure content and emails are visually appealing and align with the brand's premium standards.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and ensure optimal user experience.

Email Development:

  • Set up and manage email campaigns with provided content.
  • Create and manage the email marketing calendar for timely execution of campaigns.
  • Segment email lists to deliver targeted and personalised content.
  • Set up customer journeys and automation workflows to enhance engagement.
  • Track and report on email campaign performance, offering insights for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Web Content Editor and/or Email Developer.
  • Proficiency with content management systems, particularly Shopify.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality output.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email development.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the beverage or luxury goods industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools.
