JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Contribute to maintaining and developing the Branch's operational risk policies and procedures in collaboration with all stakeholders - Identify and map critical operating processes and operational risk exposures - Collate and review all operational incident logs including IT, Security, and Settlements - Declare operational risk incidents and losses using the Group's system - Provide expert advice on operational resilience - Ensure adequate insurance coverage is in place and review annually for cost-effectiveness - Produce and analyze operational risk KRIs and reports - Analyze regulatory documents and perform gap analysis - Prepare minutes for operational risk committees and meetings - Maintain the Branch's EBCP and DRP logs - Update the Branch's security manual - Prepare operational risk sections for reports - Assist in credit-related reporting and controls - Carry out various tasks as directed by the Operational Risk Manager

REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in risk and/or control environments - Knowledge of relevant regulations and international standards - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Attention to detail - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
