About the RoleAs a Fraud Data Analyst - Risk Expert, you will work closely with our customers and account managers to optimize the value delivered by our email-based risk assessment solution. Your contributions will directly impact our customers' bottom line by reducing customer friction, minimizing fraud losses, and increasing customer profitability.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting proactive analysis of accounts to identify areas for improvement
- Optimizing the risk assessment to more accurately detect high-risk transactions
- Providing thought leadership to customers during business reviews
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve customer maturity on our solution
- Conducting routine fraud review verification and ensuring corrections/clarifications are made in a timely manner
- Improving fraud detection performance by optimizing the false positive/fraud capture rate
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
- Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python, and various data types and formats
- Experience with data analysis tools and processes
- A proactive and analytical approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and research skills
- Ability to learn new processes, tools, and technologies
- Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
