  • Salary: £70-85k depending on experience

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

STRATEGY, FORECASTING & BUDGETING

  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Founders to develop financial strategy
  • Prepare, design, and maintain budgets
  • Develop forecasting models for a growing business
  • Advise on new business development
  • Lead financing options

CONTROL & PROCESS

  • Focus on continuous improvement
  • Maintain internal controls
  • Design and improve financial tech stack
  • Budget oversight
  • Ensure compliance with regulations
  • Manage cash flow and working capital

REPORTING

  • Produce monthly management accounts
  • Year-end statutory accounts
  • Collaborate with department heads for reporting

MANAGEMENT & FINANCE ADMINISTRATION

  • Oversee accounting processes
  • Manage financial timetables
  • Accountable for payroll
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Manage insurance renewals
  • Ensure proper asset registers

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
