Our client is on the hunt for Telesales Agents to handle Life Insurance sales.

You will be offering an advised service to Qualified Leads that are passed over via Hot-Key from the internal Lead Generation team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Offering A cando attitude to your work
  • Delivering telephonebased Life Insurance Protection advice
  • Ensuring that FCA regulations are met
  • Maximising productivity and results by effectively managing time and business pipeline
  • Following agreed advice process, completing a general fact find, needs analysis
  • Working towards targets and KPIs
  • 1 year of either Life Insurance Experience, Outbound B2B or B2C telesales or BDM
  • Computer literate with a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Outlook)
  • Excellent telephone handling skills
  • Excellent letter writing skills
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Used to working to targets in a pressured environment
  • Ability to work well as an individual and as a member of a team
  • An excellent timekeeper with a flexible approach to meeting the needs of our customers

Pay:
From £25,000.00 per year
