We are currently seeking to recruit a friendly and trustworthy Therapy Assistant to support a man in his 30s with an acquired brain injury living in his own home.
The Therapy Assistant is expected to work with the existing therapy team to put support strategies in place in respect of daily routines and community-based activities, but should also be able to use their own initiative when required.
You will ideally have some experience of working with adults with Acquired Brain Injury and/or mental health issues, however full training will be given.
This is an excellent opportunity for a therapy assistant to start to establish a longer-term package of care where you will have an opportunity to help plan and implement therapy goals to play a key role in supporting our client.
