About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team at Priory Hospital Bristol. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support occupational therapists in the planning and delivery of therapy groups and activities
  • Assist with the development of practical skills and social interactions in a group setting
  • Update clinical records and computerised information in a timely and accurate manner
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to achieve therapeutic goals
Essential Skills and Qualities
  • Compassion and empathy for others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
  • Confident in facilitating groups and working with individuals
Desirable Experience
  • Experience of working in a health and social care setting
