The role of Team Lead, Beauty Brand Partnerships is integral to the growth and success of SoPost's commercial operations in the UK.

Reporting to the Head of Brand Partnerships, the role is focused on driving our beauty business by retaining & growing key brand partner relationships in a player/coach capacity.

In addition to driving success across your own portfolio of accounts, you will manage a small team of high-performance Brand Partnerships Managers.

You will also collaborate with the Customer Success team who will support you with campaign execution as well as with the Platform Partnerships, Product & Engineering teams to help evolve and innovate SoPost's product & services.


This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and support the growth of a key vertical within our company.

With a good mix of office and home working, you will be required to work in our London office for a minimum of 2 days per week.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a key account list to build client relationships and grow revenue across SoPost's UK Beauty business.
  • Manage and develop our Beauty Brand Partnerships team, providing coaching in all areas of the sales cycle to enable individuals' progression.
  • Maintain and accurately report on the sales pipeline, including the likelihood of closing deals on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify and actively prospect new brand partner relationships and support the CRO & Head of Brand Partnerships in achieving UK growth objectives.
  • Develop seniorlevel relationships across the Beauty industry, collaborating with our brand partners to understand their strategic objectives and ensure we are delivering value to each account.
  • Coordinate with the Brand Partnership and Customer Success teams to lead campaign setup & execution and facilitate the onboarding of new Brand Partners.
  • Design an account plan strategy for your accounts, defining the structure for growth within each.
  • Drive revenue via the development of sales pipeline, pitch presentation, pricing and deal closure.
  • Deliver on agreed sales objectives and growth targets
  • Stay uptodate on the product roadmap and upcoming launches within SoPost, as well as the wider digital media ecosystem, in order to identify potential opportunities with new and existing brand partners.
  • Generate best practices that showcase SoPost as a driver of sales, ROI and innovation for our brand partners.
  • Maintain a CRM database of key contacts
- identify and attend key industry events to network and raise SoPost'd profile within the Beauty vertical

  • Collaborate with the wider global sales and marketing teams to improve sales processes and conversion rates.

Essential Skills
We are looking for a self-starter who is organized, with strong time management and the below, essential skills.

  • 6+ years of related work experience in sales and client services within the media, digital marketing, advertising or tech industry
  • Proven leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships.
  • Strategic, consultative sales approach with the ability to understand brand needs, create meaningful solutions, set proper expectations and close deals of all sizes.
  • An understanding of the digital landscape and understanding of the competitive marketplace in which we operate.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Competent level of IT literacy (fluent in Google Docs, Google Calendar and Google Sheets).
  • Experience working with CRM software, like Hubspot, is a plus.

Optional Skills

  • Preference for working in smaller, collaborative teams.
  • Experience working with marketing platforms including social, search, influencer, connected TV, retail media, audio, gaming, etc
