We are seeking a dynamic individual for the newly created position of Head of Operations (Regulated Care). This role will integrate our visiting care (VC) and live-in care (LI) services.

This pivotal role involves leading, managing, and motivating a team of Regional Managers to deliver the strategic plan, ensuring the business operates profitably and maintains a minimum CQC rating of Good.

We are looking for someone who leads from the front, prioritises customer satisfaction, and consistently demonstrates our company's values.

Customer Satisfaction:
Prioritise and enhance customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning:
Contribute to the strategic direction of the company, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Performance Management:
Implement and monitor performance management systems to optimise team and individual performance.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments, undergoing monthly reviews on performance, budgets, and team development.
