  • Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed, and that the depot is a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all legal regulations and company standards are adhered to at all times.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • IT Literacy: Proficient in the use of IT systems, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £70,000-£75,000, depending on experience.
