This role is based in our Colchester office three days a week, with hybrid working from home two days a week.

Job Description

Uploading & processing of invoices/payment request formsnGeneral purchase ledger maintenance and reportingnDebit balance dispute resolutionnMaintenance and matching for PO OrdersnManaging exceptions on PO ordersnManage the business rules in VIM for PO and Non-PO invoicesnHandling and resolution of invoice queriesnProvide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers at all timesnGeneral administration duties

Qualifications

Good communication skills at all levels including a wide range of stakeholders within the businessnDemonstrates problem-solving skillsnPro-active and take initiative and encourage teams to do the samenAct with integrity, tact and diplomacynOrganised, diligent with attention to detail and the ability to maintain these skills whilst working under pressurenGood skills in Excel, Word and Outlook are essential
