Job Introduction

We are looking for a Business Admin Support Officer to lead the administrative functions work across our Lancashire and West Lancashire business units to ensure an effective and efficient service.

The role will be 37.5 hours a week, working Monday to Friday 9-5pm, with the option of hybrid working.

You will work with the Regional Director for Lancashire to provide comprehensive personal assistant support.

Main Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide comprehensive administration support to the Regional Director
  • Managing the Regional Director electronic diary effectively, prioritising, arranging and rearranging meetings, venues, hospitality, and any technology required.
  • Take minutes/notes at meetings. Produce minutes, notes, action plans, as required and distribute appropriately. Produce draft agendas
  • Manage action plans effectively, ensuring on going update, especially prior to relevant meetings and direct liaison with those responsible for actions.
  • Assist and provide support with preparation and production of papers and reports, including import of information/data, creation of charts, graphics and other audiovisual representations.

We are looking for someone who can act as a positive role model and be visible to the team, demonstrating effective communication, and comprehensive administration support.

You will show honesty, integrity, discretion with extensive knowledge of office procedures.

You will be an experienced administrator with effective minute taking skills. You will have knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc)
