You'll be joining an organisation with lots of momentum and investment and will play a vital role in the expansion of their service offerings.
They are already in a good place with an established pipeline (as well as annual contracts) and the capacity todeliver a high margin of profitability.
This organisation is bursting at the seams with opportunities and the prospects for your career advancement are unparalleled. This role will provide the opportunity to progress into a leading position for Customer Success / Account Management.
Working remotely is a priority for this company - all their employees are home based and are offered flexible working.
They don't even have an office so the possibility of Elon Musk coming along and demanding you go back to your desk is non-existent.
Your new challenge
You'll be the sole Customer Success Manager within the company so there will be zero fighting over territories or accounts - you will inherit all the leads and clients and will be backed up by a top Professional Services team that is headed up by a MicrosoftMVP.
Your role will be incredibly rewarding as you continue to deepen customer relationships, become the trusted point of contact and exceed client requirements from start to finish of the sales cycle.
This organisation is smaller than what you may be used to, however you'll be in an environment that encourages self-development and where all management are approachable and keen to see you succeed.
About you
You'll have an interest in Microsoft collaboration technologies and a strong understanding of how a Microsoft Partner operates.
Some other skills you'll bring to this organisation:
- A commercial mindset to understand and act on your customer's problems.
- Experience in planning, qualifying and detailed questioning.
- The ability to build and nurture relationships with multiple accounts.
A growth mindset and the willingness to learn and collaborate with your team is also important. You'll be building and cultivating strong relationships as well as advocating innovation with your customers.
