Daily tasks for a Healthcare Assistant include:

  • Personal Care & Hygiene
  • Assisting patients at mealtimes.
  • Promoting independence and choices.
  • Working with internal Nurses and external professionals who visit the centre.
  • Record keeping and reporting.
We are passionate about supporting staff with their personal development and are committed to investing in staff training.

There are endless opportunities to learn new skills from existing staff and onsite Nurses as well as from external professionals.


As a Healthcare Assistant you will work 3 shifts per week across 7 days as part of a monthly varying shift pattern.

Each shift is 12.5 hours and includes a 1 hour unpaid break. Shift patterns will include days and nights.

£21,000.00 per year
