We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a Night Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents.
About the Role:
As a Night Care Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with mealtimes, personal care, and completing documentation. You will also engage in meaningful activities with our residents, promoting independence, choice, dignity, and respect.
What We Offer:
- Competitive hourly rate: £12.40 per hour (dependent on experience and qualifications)
- 24 hours per week, with 2 x 12-hour shifts
- Night shifts available from 8pm - 8am, Monday - Sunday (alternate weekends)
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with a caring and kind approach, who is passionate about working with older people. Experience in a care environment is ideal, but not essential. If you have a desire to make a difference in the lives of others, we encourage you to apply.
