Vital Role: Payroll & Reward Administrator

We are excited to partner with a leading UK client in Coleshill searching for a detail-oriented Payroll & Reward Administrator. This key position in the finance team focuses on ensuring accurate payroll and reward management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll administration, along with a deep understanding of statutory regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing monthly payroll for approximately 1800 colleagues and 350 pensioners.
  • Managing various deductions including DEO, AEO, and CMS.
  • Administering schemes like Cycle to Work, company car data for P11D production, and Private Health Scheme.
  • Updating and reviewing pension scheme data, including salary sacrifice adjustments.
  • Handling month-end deductions/earnings reconciliation and inter-company transfers.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel is crucial for this role.
  • Understanding of payroll processes.
  • Preferred qualification of AAT Level 1.
