**About the Role**
We are partnering with a dynamic business to find a skilled Payroll & Reward Manager. This role will focus on leading the Payroll & Reward function at a strategic level, implementing best practices and driving process improvement initiatives.

* Experience with complex ERP & Payroll solutions
* Knowledge of payroll, pension, and reward legislation
