Payroll and Reward Manager

At JGA Recruitment Group, we are excited to partner with a dynamic business seeking a Payroll and Reward Manager to lead their payroll and reward function at a strategic level.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement best practice in payroll and reward processes
- Lead on process improvement initiatives to enhance the payroll and reward function
- Manage a large team and oversee high-volume payroll experience
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and lead on continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience with complex ERP and payroll solutions, as well as payroll, pension, and reward legislation
- Proven experience in payroll and reward management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to analyse data and drive process improvement
- Experience with complex ERP and payroll solutions
