Financial Reporting:
Prepare and analyze monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, providing insightful variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Cost Management:
Monitor and control operational costs, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Financial Planning:
Assist in long-term financial planning and strategy development.
Business Partnering:
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.
Compliance and Controls:
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain robust internal controls.
Process Improvement:
Continuously seek ways to streamline and improve financial processes and systems.
Requirements
Professional Certification:
Ideally AAT, ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified.
Experience:
Proven experience in a management accounting role, preferably within a similar industry.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
Analytical Ability:
Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
