You will have access to the Elysium Wellbeing team, which is on hand to keep you feeling great; be it a chat, massage or group activities.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends, 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.?

You will be working at Field House and Apartments - a 16 bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.


The service offers a blended model of rehabilitation that combines a traditional rehabilitation environment with single and dual occupancy apartments, to provide a seamless care pathway for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder and a historyof trauma and/or attachment disorders.


You will work in an environment where there is a strong emphasis on positive risk taking which enables self-reliance and builds trust and self-esteem, with a focus on psychological input.
