About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced support worker to step up and make a real difference in the lives of our service users. You will be working with a group of amazing individuals living in a scheme of bungalows, who range in age from 20-60 years old.
The scheme can cater for individuals with needs related to learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities. Our service users are a vibrant and active group, who enjoy socialising with each other, especially in the summer. They have a range of hobbies and interests, including drama/theatre, art, cooking, gaming, collecting, swimming, and horse riding.
As an Advanced Support Worker, you will be responsible for supporting our service users to achieve their goals, including learning new skills, getting jobs, learning to drive, and having relationships. You will also be a brilliant mentor and share your skills and experiences with your colleagues.

What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a skilled and experienced support worker who shares our company values - We Include; We Deliver; We Aspire; We Respect; We Enable. You will need to have a Level 3 in Social Care and strong experience in mental health, autism, and sensory communication, and physical health, and challenging behavior. If you do not have a qualification, you will need to have experience in social care.
