As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism in a 24/7 setting. You will work collaboratively with our team to provide person-centered care, promoting independence, dignity, and respect for each individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support and care to individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism in a 24/7 setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Support individuals to engage in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a care setting, preferably with individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, or autism.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including early mornings, nights, and weekends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and compassion when working with individuals with complex needs.
  • Reliability, honesty, and a strong work ethic.
