Key Responsibilities

  • Processing sales invoices
  • Reconciling sales orders to ensure they match customer purchase orders
  • Issuing statements to customers to assist with overdue debts
  • Processing and paying employee expenses
  • Cash processing and bank reconciliations
  • Analysing credit card expenses and posting the monthly journal
  • Supporting month end close process
  • Assisting purchase ledger part time
  • Ad hoc support to the rest of the finance team

Knowledge, skills, and experience required for the role:

  • Willing to learn
  • Numerate with attention to detail and eye for accuracy
  • Perfect for someone who looking for an entry into a career in finance
  • Full training will be provided
  • Some experience of Microsoft Excel and Word desirable
