Our bubbly and busy orthodontic specialist dental practice is looking for Treatment Coordinator (Customer Relations Manager) on a full time basis.

We are located in the heart of Ealing (W5)-about 2 minutes from Ealing Broadway Station.

We are specialised in orthodontics and do not provide general treatments at the moment - we are open Mondays to Saturdays and offer mixed NHS and private services.


The aim of the position it to maintain a constant and direct relationship with our growing number of private patients; following up on leads (potential patients) and converting them where possible; advising about treatment options and costs and looking after them from an admin point of view as much as reasonably possible.


We offer training in the areas that are not covered completely (or not felt adequate), reasonable basic salary and target based commission and career progress.

To start asap but notice periods are accepted. The job is full time, some evenings and weekends may be necessary.

Salary:
From £33,000.00 per year
